When collecting and processing your personal data, we comply with Belgian legislation regarding the protection of personal data, and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) that came into force on the 25th of May 2018.

Scope of application

This data protection notice applies to all services provided by us and more generally to all activities we carry out. This notice will apply to our existing and future clients, our prospects or persons who have an interest in working for and/or with us.

Which personal data do we process?

Depending on your activities and your involvement with our company, you provide us with the following data

Personal data of individuals

Surname, first name, title, postal address, delivery address, telephone number and/or mobile phone number, e-mail address, bank account number, etc. To process personal data pertaining to staff recruitment and selection, the following will also be processed: gender, language, date of birth, driving licence, family composition and family members’ identity data, education and professional experience and/or skills if applicable, and any other information you provide, for example, by means of your CV.

For certain specific requirements (electronic attendance registration, Dimona declaration) you may be required to provide us with additional data (E-ID data, Limosa number, data concerning your secondment).

Company data

In addition to the company name, address, VAT number and bank accounts, certain data concerning your contact person or employees will be processed: surname, first name, title or gender, language, date of birth, address, telephone or mobile phone number, e-mail address. We would like to point out that you are responsible for the integrality and accuracy of the data you provide to us. The communication of a false identity, inaccurate or incomplete data or the communication of data belonging to third parties without their authorisation may result in you being denied access to the website, either temporarily or permanently. If your data is no longer up to date, we urge you to inform us immediately.

As a user of our website, you are not obliged to provide your personal data, but you understand that it will be impossible to offer certain services or to collaborate if you do not consent to the collection and processing of certain data.

Reason and legal grounds for collecting and processing of personal data

Client data

Within the context of our services and activities, we collect and process the identity and contact details of our clients and principals, their staff, employees, agents, and any other relevant contact person.

Processing is carried out for executing agreements with our clients, client management, accounting and tax obligations, direct marketing activities, such as sending promotional or commercial information, answering your queries, or exchanging information. The data is processed at your request, for the execution of a contract, the fulfilment of legal obligations and/or our legitimate interest.

Supplier, subcontractor, and service provider data

We collect and process the identity and contact details of our suppliers, subcontractors and other service providers and their subcontractor(s) or contractor(s) if applicable, and their staff, collaborators, agents, and any other relevant contact person.

Processing purposes cover the execution of agreements, management of suppliers/subcontractors, accounting and tax obligations, direct prospecting activities, such as sending promotional or commercial information, answering your queries, or exchanging information.

The legal grounds are the performance of the contract, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (such as public procurement obligations, accounting, or tax obligations) and/or our legitimate interest (such as for direct marketing or exchanging information).

For direct marketing activities by e-mail (such as newsletters or invitations to events) or via the website by means of fields intended for this purpose, permission will always be requested, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Staff and potential candidate data

We process the personal data of our employees, self-employed service providers, temporary workers, trainees and/or students and, if applicable, the data pertaining to their family members within the context of our staff and salary administration.

Within our personnel management framework, we also process the data that you have voluntarily communicated to us as an interested candidate or student (as a result of a job offer, for example): identity and contact details, gender, language, date of birth, qualifications, professional experience, if applicable, and professional qualifications, the follow-up of the selection process and any other information that you may have communicated to us, such as on your CV.

The data is processed at your prior request, for the execution of a contract or based on our legitimate interest.

Other data

In addition to personal data concerning clients, suppliers/subcontractors, service providers, staff, self-employed contractors, temporary workers, trainees, students, and candidates, we also process the personal data of other people, such as new clients/prospects, useful contacts within our sector, networking contacts, experts, etc.

We may also keep and process the answers and feedback that you share with us (for example, in the context of a satisfaction survey, or market research), as well as any possible claims concerning projects that have been carried out.

The data is processed at your request, for the execution of a contract or based on our legitimate interest. We process your personal data for the technical and functional management of our website, to personalise it and ensure that it is user-friendly. For example, we may process data such as your IP address, the pages you visit, the browser you use, the sites you visited previously, geographical data such as your preferred language, the time and length of your visit.
